Tamaishi doesn't have accounts and we don't keep your personal data on our servers. Your game data lives on your phone, and advertising, analytics and crash data is handled by Google. Here's how to delete each. Tick a step when you've done it.
0 of 4 steps done
-
Delete your game progress
This removes gardens, lotus, jade, boosters, streaks, scroll pieces and settings from your phone.
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Go to Apps, then Tamaishi, then Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage (or Clear data).
Uninstalling the game also deletes this data. If Android backup is on, you can also delete the game's backup in your Google account's backup settings.
-
Delete advertising data
Ads in the game are provided by Google AdMob, which uses your phone's advertising ID.
- Open your phone's Settings, then Google, then Ads (on some phones: Settings, then Privacy, then Ads).
- Tap Delete advertising ID. Ads will no longer be personalized using that ID.
You can also review and delete Google ad activity in My Ad Center and My Activity.
-
Delete analytics and crash data
The game sends usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), tied only to random IDs created for this install, not to your name or Google account. Clearing the game's storage or reinstalling it (step 1) replaces those IDs, so new data is no longer linked to the old data. Google deletes analytics data after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days.

Ask us
If you have any other question or request about your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Tamaishi data request". We'll reply within 30 days. Because we don't store data that identifies you, we usually can't find records about you, but we'll explain what's held and help with any request to Google.
What is kept
We don't keep any game data about you. Google may keep some advertising, analytics and crash data for a limited time for security, fraud prevention and legal reasons, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
